Upstanding, bright and kind, Sierra Jones, of Hudson’s Bay High School (Class of 2016) in Vancouver, WA, was visiting her extended family here in the Greater Oakland/San Francisco Bay Area and was referred to SportsHopes by family member Aaron Ackerman. Today we reviewed her high school to college pathway and strategized about options that supported her strong interest in the real estate industry while also allowing her to continue her higher education pathway and play a sport(s) at the college level. She is a 3-sport athlete (volleyball, basketball, track) and is considering community college first to earn an AA while allowing her time to also intern with a real estate company. Learn, learn, learn and build a future in a career you are interested in. Love what you do for a living! We don’t always get time and chances to find our way to careers that are in our hearts, but if and when possible, the journey there and the effort can be very well worth it. Keep moving forward, young lady! We support you and are here for you each and every step!
