Franchesca Sousa and her mom, Tina, recently reviewed Franchesca’s academics and pathway to four-year colleges with SportsHopes and all is on track! Next step: Write her letter to college coaches which she’ll send out in an email format. Her letter will help bring visibility to her as a Student-Athlete. Soon she’ll begin her 3rd season (junior year) as a starter for the Castro Valley High School girls varsity basketball team. She also competes on an AAU team spring, summer and fall. Franchesca is researching colleges to attend: D1, D2, D3 and NAIA. All deserve a close look. She’s got good grades and is an upstanding young lady who helps coach middle school girls basketball in her spare time. Great job, Franchesca!
