The NCAA initial academic eligibility core course and SAT/ACT requirements for student-athletes who
will graduate from high school in 2016 (and beyond) are different and stricter than prior years. Know the
facts to be on track academically and meet with your school academic counselor on a regular basis!

Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center: High school sophomores, juniors, seniors and community college transfers, if you plan to or are trying to attend a Dl or Dll college and compete in collegiate athletics you must be registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center. The NCAA asks that you register at start of sophomore year of high school (or asap depending on your circumstances). All student-athletes will provide transcripts of core academic courses. High school student-athletes will also provide the NCAA with SAT and/or ACT scores by listing the NCAA code 9999 as a score recipient. The Eligibility Center registration fee is $70 but fee waiver requests are available if financial aid is needed.
